Sleep

Sleep is hard to get. Something everyone has to do and something people rarely do, especially teens and young adult, usually those who get the least amount of sleep. Either its too much homework, parties, or sports, 6 or less hours a night is very common. I think sleep should come first 90% of the time before all else. From getting 5 hours a night consistently and then getting 7-9 consistently, I can say I am much less irritable, more productive, and much happier. You may think you can live on 6 or 5 hours a night but I guarantee you you can’t. That worksheet can wait, that Youtube video can wait, just go to bed. Seriously. Go to sleep. Don’t take naps though, f*** naps.
